摘　　要：欧洲肝脏研究学会和欧洲癌症研究治疗组织于2011年底首次联合颁布了《肝细胞癌临床管理指南》,对肝细胞癌的监测、诊断、分期系统、分子分类和治疗策略提出建议,旨在根据循证医学证据为医生、患者、保健人员和政策制定者提供实践指导。EASL-EORTC Clinical Practice Guidelines on the management of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） developed by European Association for the Study of the Liver and European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer at the end of 2011 gives advice for the surveillance, diagnosis, staging system, molecular classification and therapeutic strategies for HCC patients in order to provide practical guidence for physicians, patients, health-care providers and health-policy makers according to evidence-based medicine.
