非手术治疗急性外伤性脾破裂47例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨用非手术方法治疗急性外伤性脾破裂的可行性及适应症选择。方法回顾性分析我院2006年7月至2011年8月间用非手术方法治疗47例外伤性脾破裂的临床资料及治疗结果。结果 47例病人均经腹部超声检查或腹部CT检查明确诊断,其损伤分级为Ⅰ级损伤33例,Ⅱ级损伤12例,Ⅲ级有损伤2例,有合并伤6例,经非手术治疗痊愈出院。结论用非手术方法选择性治疗急性外伤性脾破裂是一种较为安全有效的治疗手段。Objective To investigate the Probability and indication of the non-oprative heatment for the acute traumatic rup- ture of spleen. Methods To review the clinical data and the effect of the 47 patients with acute traumatic rupture of spleen from treet- ment. Results The 47 patients were confirmed diagnosis by abdominal ultra-sound exam ination or abdom inal CT,33 patients were degTee Ⅰ , 12 patients were degree Ⅱ ,2 patients was degree m, and 6 patients were associated injury,All the 37 Patients healed with the non-operative treatment. Conclusion The nom-oprative treatment was secure and efficacious to selectiviy treat with the patients of acute traumatic rupture of spleen.
