摘 要:目的探讨计算机仿真模拟在颌面部火器伤中应用的可行性。方法利用计算机软件建立7.62、5.56mm制式弹致猪下颌角外伤三维有限元模型并进行仿真模拟,测量并计算弹孔直径、能量损耗值、能量损耗率,以及不同时间点Von Mises应力、等效应变、等效应变率动态分布云图,对各项生物力学数据进行对比分析。结果成功模拟了7.62、5.56mm制式弹致伤猪下颌角损伤过程,7.62mm制式弹入口直径、出口直径、能量损耗值、能量损耗率(分别对应的数值为9.71mm、13,92mm、148.412J、3.7%)均高于5.56mm制式弹(分别对应的数值为7.58mm、13.12mm、66.48J、2.1%)。结论计算机模拟可以有效仿真颌面部火器伤损伤过程,是研究口腔颌面部火器伤损伤特点、量效关系和损伤机制的重要方法。Objective To investigate the feasibility of computer simulation in maxillofacial firearm injury. Methods The three-dimensional finite element models and simulations of 7. 62 mm, 5.56 mm standard bullets projectile injuries to pig mandibular angle were established by using MIMICS, ANSA, LS-DYNA and LS-POST software. Based on the simulation results, the bullet hole diameters, energy loss values, energy loss rates, yon Mises stress, effective strain, effective strain rate dynamic contours at different time points were used for biomechanical analysis. Results The damage processe of 7. 62 mm, 5.56 mm standard bullets projectile injury to pig mandibular angle were simulated successfully. The injury rate of 7. 62 mm standard bullet and injury severity of the mandible were higher than that of 5.56 mm standard bullet. Conclusions Computer simulation can simulate maxillofacial firearm injuries effectively and may become an important method for oral and maxillofacial firearm injuries analysis.
