台湾地区“奖励大学教学卓越计划”的实施及启示

摘　　要："奖励大学教学卓越计划"是台湾地区推进高等教育改革与可持续发展、加快高等教育国际化步伐、完善高等教育的竞争机制和淘汰机制的重要举措,其旨在强化大学对"教学核心价值"的认识、完善课程规划及建立教学评价制度、促进教师教学专业能力发展和增强学生的学习意愿,以提升大学的竞争力。该计划的实施强化了教学核心价值理念,显示出教学的开放性、动态性、系统性等特征,对当今大学的教育教学改革具有一定的促进作用。＂Award for Universities＇ Excellent Teaching Plans＂ is an important measure to promote higher education reform and sustainable development, speed up the higher education＇s internationalization, and develop competition and elimination mechanisms of higher education in Taiwan. The plan aims to intensify the understanding of ＂core value of teaching＂, to make curriculum planning perfect, to promote the development of teacher＇s teaching professional competence, to enhance students＇ learning desire and to upgrade universities＇ competitive competence. The plan lays emphasis on core value of teaching , and shows that teaching should be open-ended, dynamic and systemic. Its implementation has important enlightenment on and reference for the promotion of education and teaching reform in universities.
