摘 要:目的:通过运用PBL教学法进行临床护理业务查房,提高查房效果。方法:将6个病区分成两组,其中试验组3个病区,参与护士累计420人次;对照组3个病区,参与护士累计396人次。试验组采用PBL教学法查房,对照组采用传统查房法,并对其效果进行统计学分析。结果:对两组业务查房效果对比分析,10项评价指标中,8项具有统计学意义。结论:PBL教学法是较为理想的护理查房方法,运用这种方式查房后,护士主动参与意识更强,培养了护士运用评判性思维解决问题的能力,护理措施更有针对性,落实率更高。Objective:Through the use of PBL teaching method in clinical nursing rounds,increase ward-round effect.Methods:6 wards were divided into two groups,in which the test group of 3 ward nurses,in total 420 passengers;the control group of 3 wards,the involvement of nurses in a total of 396 passengers.The test group using PBL teaching rounds,the control group used the traditional inspection method,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:The two groups on the contrastive analysis of the effect of making the rounds of the wards,10 indicators,8 had statistical significance.Conclusion:The PBL teaching method was more ideal nursing ward inspection method,the application of this approach rounds,nurse participation consciousness was stronger,trained nurses apply critical thinking to solve the question ability,more targeted nursing measures,implement rate was higher.
