摘 要:肿瘤抑制基因p53是人类最常见的癌症灭活基因。组蛋白甲基转移酶(SMYD2)在赖氨酸残基370单甲基化p53(p53K370me1)后抑制p53抑制活性,在赖氨酸C末端甲基化p53后增强或抑制p53转录活性;SMYD2在食管肿瘤、视网膜母细胞瘤、乳腺癌上表达具有敏感性和特异性,并具有肿瘤异源性分布趋势。SMYD2与心血管、神经、消化、运动、泌尿和生殖等各个系统的形成、发育密切相关,同时可能是人类致癌基因,对其进一步研究将为癌症的诊断和治疗提供新的思路。The tumor suppressor p53 is the most frequently inactivated gene in human cancers.SMYD2 protein inhibits the p53 inhibitory activity after it is mono-methylated in lysine residues 370(p53K370me1),and it enhances or inhibits the p53 transcriptional activity by methylation of lysine C-terminal;SMYD2 protein expression is tested for sensitivity and specificity in esophageal tumor,retinoblastoma,breast cancer,and it even has tumor heterogenous distribution trend.There are many proof indicate that SMYD2 is closely related to the formation and development of all the cardiovascular,nervous,digestive,movement,urinary,reproductive systems,and it may be human oncogene.Further research on SMYD2 can provide new ideas for the cancer diagnosis and treatment.
