摘　　要：目的探讨神经系统副肿瘤综合征的临床特征及诊断方法,提高对副肿瘤综合征的认识。方法对2011-12我院收治的神经系统副肿瘤综合征患者临床资料进行分析,并复习相关文献。结果该病临床及影像学无特异性,目前诊断主要依据临床、影像学及实验室检查。结论临床上遇到治疗效果不佳的类似吉兰-巴雷综合征患者时应注意检查有无恶性肿瘤。Objective To discuss the clinical feature and diagnosis methods of paraneoplastic neurological syndrome,and to improve the cognition of PNS.Methods The clinical characteristics of PNS patients admitted to People＇s Hospital of Henan Province in December 2011 were analyzed,and the related literatures were reviewed.Results There is no specificity of the clinic,radiographic characteristics.It can be diagnosed through clinic,radiographic and laboratory examinations.Conclusion Patients with Guillian-Barre syndrome that not well treated should be examined to find out malignancy tumor.
