摘　　要：北京地区成人高等教育为推动首都经济社会发展做出了重要的贡献,然而近年来由于招生考试制度中存在的问题,严重制约了首都成人高等教育的可持续发展。在新的历史时期,国家和首都地区发展规划、北京经济社会发展及成人高等教育发展状况都对北京地区成人高等教育招生考试制度的改革提出了迫切的要求。因此,北京地区成人高等教育招生考试制度改革势在必行。Adult higher education in Beijing area has made great contributions to the development of the capital＇ s economy and society. However, because of the problems in enrollment and examination system, the sustainable development of adult higher education in Beijing has been influenced in recent years. In the new historical period, it is national and Beijing＇ s development plan, economy and society in Beijing area and the conditions of Beijing＇ s adult higher education that brought up urgent demands for the enrollment and examination system reform of adult higher education in Beijing area. Obviously, the enrollment and examination system reform of adult higher education is imperative in Beijing area.
