摘　　要：目的:设计编写"自费"改"医保"程序模块,利用它快速准确地处理住院费别更改的问题。方法:基于医院现有的数据库系统和软硬件资源,以PowerBuider 9.0为基本的开发工具编写程序模块。结果:为医保患者及时就医提供了方便,保护了医保患者的合法权益,使医保患者在出院时可以顺利地进行医保统筹。结论:软件模块实现了多数据库管理,维护信息安全、准确,操作简单易学、易用,成本低、效益高,具有良好的推广应用前景。Objective To design and develop the program module for altering the hospital expense category from Self Expensing to Medical Insurance.Methods The database system and the existing sources of the hospital software and hardware were mobilized to develop the program.Results The timely hospitalization of the medical insurance patient was realized,and then the benefits and medical insurance arrangement on time of discharge were all facilitated.Conclusion The software module developed,being easy to use and low-cost,can be used for multiple databases management and has a brilliant prospect for popularizing.
