摘  要:研究建立了微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)测定婴幼儿米粉中痕量铜和镉的方法。对影响测定的因素进行了研究,确立了GFAAS测定Cu和Cd的最优条件。本法对Cu和Cd的检出限分别为0.51和0.14 ng/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为4.3%和3.2%(n=7,ρCu=25 ng/mL;ρCd=2.0 ng/mL)。应用于标准参考物(GBW10010)以及实际样品(婴幼儿米粉)中痕量Cu和Cd的测定,获得了满意的结果。A method has been tion of copper and cadmium in established for the determina- infant cereal by microwave di- gestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS), and the optimum conditions of determination by GFAAS were established. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the detection limits of the method were 0. 51 ng/mL and 0. 14 ng/mL for Cu and Cd, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 4.3% for Cu and 3.2% for Cd( n = 7 ,Pc, = 25 ng/mL,pcj = 2.0 ng/mL). The developed technique was applied to the determination of Cu and Cd in real infant cereal samples with satisfactory results. It was also verified by analysis of a biological reference material (GBWIO010) and the determined values were coincided with the certified values very well.
