摘 要:文章以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、马来酸酐(MAN)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)为原料,K2S2O8为引发剂,在水溶液中自由基聚合出一种新型聚羧酸系水煤浆分散剂。考察了反应温度、单体配比、K2S2O8用量、SMAS用量、反应时间对分散剂性能的影响。试验结果表明合成分散剂的最佳条件是TPEG∶MAN∶SMAS为1.0∶2.0∶0.3,引发剂用量为4%,温度为80℃,反应时间为80min;制备浓度为66%的水煤浆,分散剂的最高用量为0.5%。Taking isoamyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (TPEG), maleic anhydride (MAN) and sodium methylacrylsulfonate (SMAS) and taking K2S2O8 as the initiator, a new polycarboxylate series dispersant of the coal water slurry was synthesized with a free radical polymerization in water liquid. The reaction temperature, monomer mixing ratio, K2 S2O8 dosage, SMAS dosage and reaction time affected to the performances of the dispersant were investigated. The test results showed that the optimized conditions of the synthesized dispersant were TPEG: MAN: SMAS were 1.0: 2. 0: 0. 3, the initiator dosage was 4%, the temperature was 80℃ and the reaction time was 80 min. The density of the coal water slurry prepared was 66% and the max dosage of the dispersant was 0. 5%.
