非胸腺瘤的胸腺肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的CT诊断

摘　　要：目的　研究非胸腺瘤的胸腺肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的CT诊断。材料与方法　对 14例非胸腺瘤的胸腺肿瘤及肿瘤样病变行CT检查 ,并与手术及病理相对照 ,评价CT的诊断价值。结果　 14例中 ,胸腺神经内分泌癌 1例 ,霍奇金病 3例 ,畸胎瘤 3例 ,脂肪瘤 3例 ,胸腺囊肿 3例 ,炎性假瘤 1例。结论　CT能准确显示肿瘤与邻近结构的关系 ,并对脂肪瘤、淋巴瘤、畸胎瘤。Objective To study the CT features of thymic tumors and tumorlike lesions.Materials and Methods CT scanning was performed in 14 patients with thymic tumors and tumorlike lesions. CT features were analyzed and compared with pathological findings.Results Thymic lesions included following diseases: neuroendocrine carcinoma (n=1), Hodgkin's disease (n=3), teratoma (n=3), lipoma (n=3), thymic cyst (n=3), and inflammatory pseudotumor (n=1).Conclusion CT can well display the tumor and its relationship with the neighboring structures, and can correctly diagnose lipoma, teratoma, lymphoma and thymic cyst.
