摘　　要：近年来多胎妊娠发生率逐年上升。多胎妊娠的新生儿脑瘫风险大大增加。脑瘫发生的高危因素与早产、低出生体重、宫内环境、遗传因素及辅助生殖技术等密切相关。多胎妊娠孕期检查时应重视胎儿颅脑影像学监测,加强产时的监测,避免新生儿窒息,减少脑瘫的发生。In recent years,the incidence of multiple pregnancies is increasing year by year.The risk of cerebral palsy during multiple pregnancies neonatal is remarkably elevated.The high risk factors for cerebral palsy is closely correlated with premature birth,low birth weight,intrauterine environment,genetic factors,and assisted reproductive technology.Therefore,in multiple pregnancies,the fetal brain imaging monitoring should be attached more importance during pregnancy.We should strengthen the delivery monitoring and avoid asphyxia,to reduce the incidence of cerebral palsy.
