摘　　要：目的研究白细胞相关免疫球蛋白样受体（LAIR-1）在宫颈癌和子宫内膜癌患者外周血T细胞的表达情况，并与子宫肌瘤、子宫癌前病变患者相比较，探讨LAIR-1表达与肿瘤免疫的相关性。方法密度梯度离心法分离外周血单个核细胞，流式细胞术检测LAIR-1在196例肿瘤患者外周血T细胞的表达水平。结果流式细胞术检测结果显示，宫颈癌和子宫内膜癌患者外周血CD3^＋CD4^＋T细胞LAIR-1阳性率均高于子宫肌瘤（P〈0．001；P〈0．05）和癌前病变患者（P〈0．001；P〈0．01）。平均荧光强度分析结果显示，宫颈癌患者外周血CD3^＋CD4^＋T细胞LAIR-1表达水平显著高于癌前病变患者（P〈0．010，CD3^＋CD8^＋T细胞LAIR-1表达水平显著高于子宫肌瘤患者（P〈0．05）和癌前病变患者（P〈0．001）。子宫内膜癌患者外周血CD3^＋CD4^＋T细胞LAIR-1表达水平明显高于子宫肌瘤患者（P〈0．05）和癌前病变患者（P〈0．01），CD3’CD8’T细胞LAIR-1表达水平高于癌前病变患者（P〈0．05）。结论LAIR-1在宫颈癌和子宫内膜癌患者外周血T细胞表达上调。Objective To investigate the expression of leukocyte-associated immunoglobulin-like receptor-1 （LAIR） -1 in T cells from the peripheral blood of patients with cervical cancer and endometrial carcino- ma. Methods Peripheral blood mononuclear ceils （PBMCs） were isolated from the peripheral blood of 196 tumor patients. Flow cytometry was used to analyze the expression of LAIR-1 in T cells. Results The number of CD3^＋ CD4^＋ T cells expressing LAIR-1 in patients with cervical cancer and endometrial carcinoma was greater than that in patients with hysteromyoma（ P 〈 0. 001, P 〈 0.05 ）and precancerous lesion （P 〈 0. 001, P 〈 0.01 ） respectively. Mean fluorescence intensity （MFI） analysis showed that the expression of LAIR-1 in CD3^＋ CD4^＋ T cells in patients with cervical cancer was higher than that in precancerous lesion patients（ P 〈 0.01 ） , the expression of LAIR-1 in CD3^＋ CD8^＋ T ceils was higher than that in patients with hysteromyoma（ P 〈 0.05 ）and precancerous lesion（P 〈0.001 ）. The expression of LAIR-1 in CD3^＋ CD4^＋T cells in patients with endometrial carcinoma was higher than that in patients with hysteromyoma（ P 〈 0.05 ） and precancerous lesion（ P 〈 0.01 ） , the expression of LAIR-1 in CD3^＋ CD8^＋ T cells was higher than that in patients with precancerous lesion （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The expression of LAIR-1 in T cells of patients with cervical cancer and endometri- al carcinoma was up-regulated.
