摘 要:目的:研究葛根芩连汤对高血脂模型大鼠的降脂作用。方法:建立大鼠高血脂模型,用葛根芩连汤高、中、低三个剂量组提取物灌胃,连续6周,采集大鼠血清,用半自动生化仪测量总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的值,计算肝指数,并做病理学观察。结果:葛根芩连汤能显著降低高脂血症大鼠TC、HDL-C、LDL-C和ALT水平。大鼠肝脏切片与模型对照组大鼠相比,葛根芩连汤治疗组肝组织细胞肿胀明显减轻。结论:葛根芩连汤对高脂饮食诱导的高血脂模型大鼠具有明确的降脂作用。Objective: To observe antilipemic effect of gegen qinlian decoction on hyhyperlipidemia rat model. Methods: After the hyperlipidemia rat model established, the rats were administrated intragastrically with high dose, median dose and low dose extraction of gegen qinlian decoction by six weeks, then the serum was obtained and the total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) level in serum were measured with semi-automatic biochemistry analyzer, and hepatosomatic index was calculated as well as the pathology investigated. Results: gegen qinlian decoction could reduce TC , TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and ALT level significantly on hyperlipidemia rat model, and compared with that of the model group, the turgescence of cell in liver tissue of each group administrated with gegen qinlian decoction could be alleviated significantly also. Conclusion: gegen qinlian decoction shows notable antihyperlipidemia effect on hyperlipidemia rat model induced by high fat diet.
