摘  要:对用于风电系统平抑功率波动的储能系统而言,其自身的优化控制是提高其技术性能和经济性能所要考虑的问题,控制不当可能会导致储能装置出现过度充电或深度放电的状况,这将严重影响到储能装置的寿命,同时也使其在风电系统中的技术性能下降。本文以基于超级电容器的永磁直驱式风力发电系统为研究对象,分析了该系统的工作原理,并在此基础上提出了一种基于模糊算法的储能系统优化控制策略,该控制策略在实现平抑风电机组功率波动的同时,还能够使储能装置避免出现过度充电或深度放电的状况,并向着适中的荷电状态转变。仿真结果证明了所提控制策略的正确性和有效性。The optimal control of energy storage system,which smoothes the power fluctuations of wind power in wind farms,is essential to improve its technical performance and its economic performance.Without an efficient control strategy,the energy storage system may go to the state of over charge or deep discharge,which has an adverse effect on its service life as well as its technical performance.In this paper,the operating principle of a directly-driven wind turbine with permanent magnet synchronous generator and a ultra-capacitor energy storage system is analyzed,and a optimal control strategy dealing with the storage level management of the energy storage system,based on fuzzy algorithm,is proposed,which not only smoothes the output power fluctuations of wind turbine,but also avoids occurrence of over charge or over discharge of the ultra-capacitor energy storage system and helps the ultra-capacitor to change to appropriate state of charge.The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is showed by the simulation results.
