摘  要:目的通过CT随访观察单纯性硬膜下积液演变过程,探讨其发病机理。方法回顾性分析23例单纯性硬膜下积液的CT资料。结果在CT上,主要表现为单侧或双侧的颅骨内板下线形或新月形液样低密度,特殊类型表现为一侧或两侧大脑镰旁液样低密度。结论随着时间的推移,单纯性硬膜下积液可以自行吸收,可以增多,也可以演变成慢性硬膜下血肿,CT可以很好地观察单纯性硬膜下积液的演变过程。Objective To follow up and observe the evolution of simple subdural effusion by CT, and to explore its mechanism. Methods The CT data of 23 cases of simple subdural effusion were analyzed retrospectively. Results In CT, simple subdural effusion mainly performed as linear or crescent-shaped liquid-like low density in unilateral or bilateral under the skull plate. Specially, it performed as the linear liquid-like low density in one or both of falxfluid samples. Conclusions As time goes on, simple subdural effusion can self-absorb, increase, or evolve into chronic subdural hematoma. CT is a better way to observe the evolution of simple subdural effusion.
