摘　　要：构建了航空航天侦察情报保障能力评价指标体系,提出了基于改进熵值法的航空航天侦察情报保障能力综合评价模型,实现了对航空航天侦察情报保障能力评价指标的固有信息与主观判断信息的量化与综合,并结合实例验证了该模型和方法的有效性。The paper builds a synthetic evaluation index system of aerospace reconnaissance intelligence support capacity,develops a synthetic evaluation model,quantizing and synthesizing the inherent information of the assessing index system of aerospace reconnaissance intelligence support capacity,and the subjective judgment of evaluator,based on improved entropy method.A study case and its analysis result prove that the model and the solution method are useful and effective.
