中医医院护理人员中医护理培训现状的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:研究分析浙江省内中医院的中医护理培训现状。方法:采用描述性研究方法,自设问卷对1294名护理人员进行调查分析。结果:74.96%的护理人员无中医护理学历教育背景,个人主动要求参加培训的护理人员仅占25.19%。师资匮乏、缺少合适教材等是培训过程中遇到的主要问题。结论:培训管理者应着重加强内部培训师队伍建设,分层次编写培训教材,有效改善护理人员的学习心态,以提高中医护理培训质量和效能。Objective： To investigate and analyze the current Chinese medical training of staff at TCM hospital of Zhejiang Province. Methods： By descriptive investigation methods and polling 1294 nurses. Results： 74.6% of the medical staff have no Chinese medicine academic back- ground, only 25.19% request receiving the training voluntarily. Lack of teachers and lack of proper curriculum are tile major problems only happening in training. Conclusion： Training managers shall focus on buildup of teaching staff, make up curriculum by diiferent levels, improve mood of nursing staff effectively and improve training quality and efficiency of TCM nursing.
