参麦注射液联合EP方案治疗局限期小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察参麦注射液联合依托泊苷+顺铂(EP)方案治疗局限期小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法 54例患者,随即分为治疗组(参麦注射液联合化疗)和对照组(单纯化疗)。治疗组于EP化疗周期的第1天开始,给予参麦注射液50 ml治疗10天;对照组给予EP方案化疗。观察2组相关检测指标变化。结果治疗组和对照组的近期疗效相似,P>0.05;治疗组的血液系统(白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板)和消化系统(纳差、呕吐、腹泻)毒副反应较对照组低,P<0.05;治疗组肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原、神经元特异性烯醇化酶下降较对照组明显,P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液联合EP方案治疗局限期小细胞肺癌可以减轻患者血液和消化系统毒副反应,且有协同抗癌作用。Objective To observe the efficacy of combination Shenmai Injection with etoposide and cisplatin（ EP regimen） for the treatment of advanced limited stage small cell lung cancer（LSCLC）. Methods 54 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （ShenMai injection combined with chemotherapy） and control group（ chemotherapy alone）. In treatment group,patients were treated with 50 ml of ShenMai Injection from days 1 to 10, plus EP regimen chemotherapy; in control group, patients were only treated with chemotherapy. The changes were be observed of the two groups testing index. Results There was no significant difference in short-term effect be- tween the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; the hemato-toxicity（ the toxicity on leukocyte, hemoglobin and platelet） and the digestive toxicity （re- presented as vomiting, constipation or diarrhea and anepithymia） of chemotherapy revealed in the treatment group（ the cycle treated with ShenMai Injection） were all less than those in the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the tumor markers levels of CEA ,NSE in treatment group＇s declination less than those in the control group, the difference was significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;Conclusion ShenMai Injection with EP regimen chemotherapy can improve the hemato-toxicity and the digestive toxicity of advanced LSCLC, and has anti-cancer effect.
