摘　　要：顶岗实习以其工作岗位的真实性、工作环境的复杂性、工作经历与体验的综合性,使实习学生在全面履行其实习岗位的所有职责方面得到充分锻炼,在人才培养过程中起着不可替代的重要作用。对于学生顶岗实习的考核评价至关重要,因而进行了对学生顶岗实习考核评价改革尝试。实践证明,新的措施和模式对于提高顶岗实习的质量十分有效。Dinggang internship has the reality of its working post,the complexity of working environment,and the integration of working experience,so students of internship can get full exercise when they fulfill all responsibility for their post of internship,which plays an irreplaceable role in the process of talents＇ training.The exam evaluation is very important for students＇ Dinggang internship.Therefore,this paper makes reform on it.The practice proves that the new measure and mode is very effective to increase the quality of Dinggang internship.
