摘　　要：地方院校本科机械类专业创新人才教育教学的改革与探索是高校的重要任务。介绍了"机械设计"课程设计的目的,针对"机械设计"课程设计中存在的问题,提出了"机械设计"课程设计改革和建设的措施,对于地方院校本科机械类专业创新人才培养的改革具有一定的参考价值。The reform and exploration of the innovative talents education in mechanics is the mission of the local univerisity. This paper introduces the targets of the design of the Mechnical Design Course. In view of the exist-ent problems, the measures for the reform and construction of the mechanical design course have been put for-ward, which has provided reference for the reform of innovative talent of mechanics in local univerisities.
