瑞巴派特联合雷贝拉唑对拜阿司匹林相关性慢性糜烂性胃炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评估雷贝拉唑联合瑞巴派特对拜阿司匹林相关性慢性糜烂性胃炎的疗效。方法 198例符合条件者随机分为雷贝拉唑、瑞巴派特和联合用药三组。入选者每晚饭后服拜阿司匹林100mg,雷贝拉唑组20mg,1次/d;瑞巴派特组100mg/次,3次/d;联合组同上。6周后评估临床症状、内镜下粘膜变化、组织学炎症改善情况及胃粘膜PGE2和MDA含量的变化。结果治疗后,雷贝拉唑及联合组的症状改善、组织学炎症程度好转优于瑞巴派特组。联合组较前两组的炎症活动度好转明显。瑞巴派特及联合组较雷贝拉唑组的PGE2高、MDA低。三组镜下粘膜好转情况差异无统计学意义。结论雷贝拉唑联合瑞巴派特比单用两药能够更好地改善症状,促进胃粘膜糜烂的愈合。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of rebamipide and rabeprazole on bayaspirin enteric-coated tablets-related chronic erosive gastritis.Methods 198 patients which accord with conditions were randomly divided into 3 groups： rabeprazole group,rebamipide group and united group.All of them were given bayaspirin enteric-coated tablets 100mg after dinner everyday,the first group were treated with rabeprazole,20mg each time,once a day,the second group were treated with rebamipide,100mg each time,3 times a day,united group were given both of them.After 8 weeks of therapy,the changes of symptoms and endoscopic appearance were observed,the chronic inflammatory activity as well as its severity of the gastric mucosa were assesse,and the level of PGE2 and MDA were examine.Results As far as the the changes of symptoms and scores of chronic inflammatory severity were concerned,after the therapy,rabeprazole group and united group were better than rebamipide group.The inflammatory activity of united group was lowest.The concentration of PGE2increased and MDA decreased more than before,and there was significant diference between rebamipide group and united group.The improved differerce of endoscopic appearance were not statistically significant in three groups.Conclusion The treatment of rabeprazole combined with rebamipide may effective1y relieve the dyspeptic symptolns and heal the anabrotic mucosa as well than use anyone alone.
