摘 要:目的:探讨紧密结合临床的护理实验教学模式改革与实践。方法:将本校2010级实习的护理学院学生150人,随机分为对照组和观察组,各75人,对照组学生采用常规的教学方法,观察组学生在常规教学方法的基础上,紧密结合临床教学,加强实践学习考核,培养临床思维、能力以及临床操作技能。比较两组的教学及实习效果。结果:经过分析比较,观察组学生的素质、能力以及总评价分数明显高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。观察组学生的技能操作、学习态度、学习能力、应变能力分数方面显著高于对照组,具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论:紧密结合临床的护理实验教学模式改革与实践模式,有助于提高医院临床安全水平,又能够提高学生临床技能水平和综合素质,值得推广及应用。ABSTRACT Objective: To discuss the clinical nursing closely combining the model of experimental teaching reform and practice. Methods: The internship nursing college level 2010 150 students, were randomized into control and the observation group, each 75 people, the control group students with normal teaching method, observation group of students in the conventional teaching method, and on the basis of closely combined with clinical teaching and strengthen the practice study examination, to train the clinical thinking ability, and clinical operational skills. The teaching and practice effect were compared between the two groups. Results: After the analysis and comparison, the observation group students' quality, ability and the total evaluation scored significantly higher than those in the control group students (P 〈 0.05). The observation group students' skill and operation, learning attitude, ability to learn, strain capacity were sig- nificantly higher than those in the control group scores, which was comparable (F〈0.05). Conclusion: Clinical nursing closely combining the experimental teaching mode reform and practice mode, which helps to improve hospital clinical safety level, and can improve the students' clinical skills levels and comprehensive quality, worth popularization and application.
