河北省中小学体育场馆对社会开放的现状调查和对策研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法,对河北省中小学体育场馆对外开放的情况进行调查。结果显示,当前河北省中小学体育场馆对外开放的比例很低,小学和完全中学尤为突出;各类学校在体育场馆设施现状、开放意愿、开放程度上情况不一,初高中相对较好;高中体育场馆对外开放的经营管理模式较为多样。从制定规章制度、加强管理、丰富经营和管理模式等方面提出了发展建议,希望为河北省乃至全国学校的体育场馆开放工作提供依据。With the methods of literature review, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper makes investigation on the opening situation of primary and middle school stadiums in Hebei province. The result shows that the opening rate of primary and middle school stadiums in Hebei province is low and the primary and secondary schools are salient. The stadium facilities＇ present situation, the open wishes, open degree of all kinds of schools are different and the situation in junior and senior middle schools are better. The open operating management mode of the high school is varied. It puts forward the development proposal from the aspects of rules and regulations, strengthening management, rich operation and management model. It hopes to provide references for Hebei province or even the whole country schools＇ sports venues.
