摘　　要：文章从加强预算管理的实践入手,阐述了高职院校应从全员参与、编制程序、项目支出管理、预算执行与监督和财务信息化建设等方面强化预算管理的途径和方法,对推进高职院校预算管理的科学化、精细化以及强化预算管理具有一定的启迪作用。In combination with the practice of strengthening budget management in Nanjing Communications Institute,this article expounds the approaches to strengthen budget management from the angles of full participation,budget programming,project expenditure management,budget execution and monitoring as well as financial information construction,which is expected to be of significance in promoting the scientific and intensive management of budget in vocational colleges.
