摘　　要：综述了护士职业暴露的现状与防护措施,护士职业暴露主要包括针刺伤情况严重,化学药物防护不到位,社会、心理、职业压力偏大,职业暴露防护教育不足和自我防护意识缺乏。认为在临床中,护士面临诸如生物、化学、物理和社会心理等众多的职业暴露风险,应采取措施减少护士职业暴露风险。It reviewe（t the current situation and protective measures of occupational exposure among nudes, including needle stick injuries it＇s serious condition, improper means of ehiemica[ medicine protection, the heavy stress of occupation, psyehology and society, insufficient edu- calion of exposure proteclion, unawareness of selfproleetion. It is considered that the nurses are experiencing much occupational exposure risk, such as chemical exposure, biological exposure, physical exposure and psychosoeial exposure, which requires urgent and effective meas- ures.
