摘　　要：目的:探讨盘状结构域受体1a(DDR1a)在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:SP免疫组织化学法检测DDR1a蛋白在64例胃癌组织、20例癌旁组织和20例正常胃组织的表达,分析其与胃癌临床病理参数的关系。结果:DDR1a在胃癌组织、癌旁组织和正常胃组织阳性表达率分别为81.3%(52/64)、40.0%(8/20)和15.0%(3/20),在胃癌组织中阳性表达率显著高于在癌旁和正常胃组织中,P<0.05。DDR1a表达与患者的年龄、肿瘤分化程度无关,而与胃癌肿瘤大小、TNM分期和淋巴转移显著相关,在Ⅲ～Ⅳ期,肿瘤直径>5cm,伴有淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中表达高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期、≤5cm及不伴有淋巴结转移,P<0.05。结论:DDR1a在胃癌组织中高表达,可能参与了胃癌的发生、发展。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the expression of discoidin domain receptor la （DDRla） in gastric carcinoma tissues and its clinical significance. METHODS： DDRla protein expressions was examined in 64 cases of gastric carcinoma by immunohistochemistry assay. Statistic analysis was performed to figure out the expressions or relationship between DDRla expression and clinicopathological parameters of patients with gastric carcinoma. RESULTS： The positive expression rates of DDRla were 81.3%（52/64）,40.0% （8/20） and 15.0% （3/20） in gastric carcinoma,gastric tissues adjacent to carcinoma and normal gastric tissues （P〈0.05）. The expression rate of DDR1a in gastric carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in other two kinds of tissues. There was no correlation between the expression of DDRla and canc er differentiated degree,age of the patients with gastric carcinoma. The expressiones of DDRla were significantly higher in gastric carcinoma tissues with Ⅲ—Ⅳ stages,sizes more than 5 cm and lymph node matestasis than those in I -Ⅱstages, sizes less than 5 cm and no lymph node matestasis （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： DDRla is highly expressed in gastric carcinoma,DDRla may involve in the development of gastric carcinoma.
