摘　　要：2 42 0 mm型碾泥机存在着底盘、传动轴设计不合理 ,碾轮、碾板材料选用不当等问题 ,在生产过程中事故频繁 ,制约了炮泥的产量和质量。改造后保障了高炉生产顺行 ,且节约了投资。Because 2420mm clay mill has some questions consisted of unreasonable design of underpan and transmission shaft and unreasonable selection of working wheel and milling plate material,etc,the accident appears quite often.These questions influence the quality and productivity of gun clay.Through reformation for this clay mill the smooth operation of blast furnace has been ensured and the investment has been saved.
