摘 要:目的了解凉粉草枝插生根发芽特性。方法将凉粉草枝条剪成长约10cm(含3个茎节)的插条,扦插于以沙壤土为基质的苗床上。结果插后5d开始生根,10d生根插条迅速增多,15~20d普遍生根成活,成活率达95.0%以上;插后30d,单株平均生根11.2条,根长4.5cm,芽长5.4cm,芽叶数4.4对,≥1.0cm分枝0.7条。结论凉粉草枝条的再生能力较强,枝插繁殖生根发芽快且整齐。Objective To research on characteristics of the rooting and germination of stem cuttings from Mesona chinensis Benth.Method To research on characteristics of the rooting and germination of stem cuttings from Mesona chinensis Benth.Result Stem cuttings began to take root 5 days after cutting.Rooting stem cutting increased rapidly 10 days after cutting.The survival rate reached more than 95.0% from 15 days to 20 days after cutting.One month after cutting there were 11.2 roots of 4.5 cm,4.4 pairs of leaf buds of 5.4 cm and 7.7 branches of 1.0 cm length on average of individuals.Conclusion he regeneration ability of stem cutting from Mesona chinensis Benth.was strong and stem cutting propagation was speed and tidy.
