摘  要:被测齿轮的径向综合误差包含有用来作为测量齿轮的理想精确齿轮的误差,这一现象可在对齿轮加工后出现的径向综合误差进行分析时发现。而理想精确齿轮的误差与被测齿轮径向综合误差之间可能存在叠加和抵消,从而导致被测齿轮误收或误判。定性分析了两种误差之间的关系以避免误收或误判,并提出了为避免这些情况发生而在检测时应重视和考虑的问题。The radial integrated errors of the gears tested comprise the errors of the ideal precise Rears which are taken as standard for measurement. This phenome.non can be discovered during the radial integrated error analysis of the machined Rears in test. The errors of both types of gears can be overlapped or offset, which leads to wrong acceptance or misjudgment of the gears in test. In this paper, the quantitative analysis has been carried out on the relationship of the ideal precise errors and the integrated radial errors so as to avoid the occurrence of the wrong acceptance and misiudgment, and the issues in attention and consideration for doinR this have also been discussed about.
