摘　　要：“开放与共享”是开放教育的本质，“开放与共享”关键在于优质教学资源的供给。需求与供给的不平衡成为开放教育发展中的障碍，也成为开放教育的现实困境。教学资源的共建共享成为开放教育发展的必然选择，如何突破现有困境，找出开放教育共建共享的合理路径机制，是开放教育切实可行的发展之道。＂Opening and sharing＂ is the essence of open education, opening and sharing is the key to high quality teaching resources. The supply and demand imbalance has become obstacles in the development of open education, open education has become the realistic predicament. Teaching resources sharing has become an inevitable choice for the development of open education, how to break through the existing dilemma in open education, to find out the co - construction and sharing of reasonable path mechanism, open education practical development path.
