摘　　要：建立了气相色谱质谱法(GC-MS)同时测定果汁中邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的方法。用正己烷作为萃取剂萃取样品并用凝胶渗透色谱净化系统(GPC)净化,在最优条件下实现了15种邻苯二甲酸酯的同时分离与检测。回收为96.5%～103.8%,相对标准偏差为1.1%～3.3%。检出限为0.001～0.1 mg/L(RSN=3),方法操作简便,精密度高,准确性好,实用性强,用于实际样品果汁中的测定,结果满意。A method was established for the determination of phthalates in juice by Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS） method.The sample was extracted using n-hexane as extraction solvent first and purified gel permeation chromatography cleanup system（GPC）.Under the optimum separation and detection condition,the supernatant was analyzed by GC-MS and 15 phthalates were separated and quantified at the same time.The recoveries ranged from 96.5%~103.8%,with the ranged from 1.1%~3.3%,and the lower limit of determination could get to the level of 0.001~0.1 mg/L.（RSN=3）.This method was accurate,precise,and easy to operate.It was used to determinate the content of phthalates in juice with satisfactory results.
