摘　　要：文章阐述了国际拆船公约的产生与发展,分析了《2009年香港国际安全与无害环境拆船公约》对我国拆船业的影响,并对国家和企业提出了发展绿色型拆船业的建议。最后对我国拆船业进行了展望。This article illuminates the emergence and development of the international ship breaking Convention, focusing on the analysis of impact of the 2009 Hong Kong International Security and the Convention on ship breaking on the ship breaking in China. As a result, the ship breaking has to shift to a green one. Finally, this paper gives some suggestions to our government and enterprises on the shifting and presents a prospect on the ship breaking.
