摘 要:设计了5种电脉冲处理Al-5%Cu合金熔体实验方案,分别探讨了脉冲电场、脉冲磁场、脉冲电流、等效直流电热效应对熔体的作用以及空白试验。结果表明,脉冲电场、脉冲电流对该合金的晶粒起到明显的细化作用,而脉冲磁场、等效直流电热效应对晶粒的细化没有明显影响;脉冲电场、脉冲电流作用下熔体凝固点明显降低、过冷度加大,而脉冲磁场、等效直流电热效应对熔体的过冷度没有明显影响;脉冲电场、脉冲电流作用下该合金基体显微硬度明显增大,脉冲磁场、等效直流电热效应对合金基体的显微硬度没有明显影响。Five kinds of experimental programs were designed to deal with A1-5% Cu alloy melt under electrical pulses, the effects of pulse electric field, pulse magnetic field, pulse current, equivalent DC thermal effect on the melts were explored, respectively. The results show that pulse electric field and pulse current play a significant role in refining alloy grain, while pulsed magnetic field and equivalent DC thermal effect play little role in refining alloy grain.The freezing points of the melts significantly lower and the undercooling of them increases under the role of pulse electric field and pulse current, while pulsed magnetic field and equivalent DC thermal effect have no significant effect on the undercooling. The micro-hardness of the alloy matrix significantly increases under the role of pulsed electric field and pulsed current, while pulsed magnetic field and equivalent DC thermal effect have no significant effect on the micro-hardness of the alloy substrate.
