摘 要:采用不同的整形方法对粗(d50为140μm、600μm)、细(d50为7μm、20μm)两种SiC粉进行整形,分析整形前后SiC粉的球形度和SEM图,对比不同球形度粉的振实相对密度和整形前后粉挤出成形素坯密度。结果表明,振实相对密度和素坯密度随着颗粒球形度的增加而逐渐提高,对细粉整形比粗粉更利于素坯密度的提高。Using different reshaping methods,the coarse powder(d50 = 140μm,d50 = 600μm) and fine powder(d50 = 7μm,d50 = 20μm) of silicon carbide powder for plastic extruding were reshaped, the spherical degree and SEM images of silicon carbide powder were analyzed, and the relative tap density and green density of the powder with different sphericity were compared. The results show that the relative tap density and green density increase with increasing the sphericity, reshaping of fine powder is much better than that of coarse powder to increase green density.
