摘　　要：目的探讨DNA修复基因XRCC1在胃癌中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组化方法检测胃癌组织、远癌组织及肠上皮化生组织中XRCC1的蛋白表达。结果 3组XRCC1在胃癌组织中的表达水平间,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 XRCC1在胃癌组织中表达异常,提示其在胃癌发生过程中可能起重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of DNA repair gene-XRCC1 in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expressions of XRCC1 protein in gastric carcinoma, the tissues far from carcinoma and intestinal metaplasia tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rate（86.3% ） of XRCC1 in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that（3.75% ） in tissues far from carcinoma and that （14. 3% ） in intestinal metaplasia tissues, there were significant differences in the expression levels of XRCC1 among the three groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The abnormal expression of XRCC1 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma.
