摘 要:非金属管道具有优良的耐腐蚀性和较低的水力摩阻,近几年在油气田开发地面工程建设中得到了较大规模的应用,对减缓管道腐蚀、降低维护成本、节省地面建设工程投资发挥了重要作用。但是,非金属管道存在种类多,影响管材质量及性能的因素复杂,应用中存在着不规范、不合理等问题。在进行大量现场调查、典型管材测试试验、国内外相关标准系统分析及广泛研讨的基础上,制定了非金属管道的技术准入、工程设计、施工及验收等指导意见,规范了油气田应用时的使用界限和范围,明确了非金属管道在设计、施工中的具体要求。Because of excellent corrosion resistance and low hydraulic friction, nonmetallic pipelines were widely used in the development of oil and gas field in resent years,which playing an important role in retarding the corrosion of pipelines, reducing the maintenance cost and saving the engineering investments. But there were improper and unreasonable issues in the application that was related to the various kinds of nonmetallic pipelines with complicated factors influencing the quality and property. Based on large amounts of locale investigations,testing experiments of typical pipes,methodical analysis of the related domestic and foreign standards and guidelines in respect of technique approval,project design,construction and acceptance were established. As a result,application limits and ranges of nonmetallic pipelines,and specific requirements in the design and construction were standardized.
