摘 要:通过组织分析、显微硬度测试、抗剪试验和十字拉伸试验等对比分析手段,研究了首钢和某钢2厂家生产的冷轧DP600汽车板的点焊焊接适应性和点焊性能差异。结果表明,首钢和某钢厂材料的焊接电流跨度分别为1600A,1800A,首钢比某钢厂材料的最大焊接电流低500A;2家材料的焊点熔合均较好,无明显缺陷,焊缝组织均为长束的板条马氏体组织;首钢材料焊缝硬度在400左右,比某钢厂材料低50左右;首钢材料的最大抗剪力和最大正拉力均略小于某钢厂材料。Through analyzing microstructure, testing microhardness of spot, shear tension and cross tension, the weldability of cold-rolled high strength automobile sheet DP600 produced by Shougang and another steel company was evaluated in this article. The results showed that welding current span of Shougang material was 1 600 A, and that of another steel company was 1 800 A. The maximum welding current of Shougang material was 500 A lower than that of another steel company. The microstructures of the weld area of the two materials were lath martensite. The average value of the weld area hardness of Shougang material was about g00, 50 lower than that of another steel company. Both of the maximum shear force and the maximum cross tension force of Shougang material were slightly lower than that of another steel company.
