摘　　要：公安院校是培养预备警察的摇篮,然而招录对象的社会化,公安机关警力供求的主渠道出现"梗阻",公安院校学生就业面临着严峻形势。通过对公安院校毕业生就业问题的原因分析,寻求公安类大学生就业指导的对策,进而提高毕业生就业服务的工作水平。Police school is the cradle of cultivating preparatory policeman. However, there are blocks in the main channel of police manpower supply and demand in the public security organ because of the socialization of recruitment objects. Graduates in the police school are facing with severe employment situation. The reasons on career guidance of graduates in police school are analyzed in order to find the countermeasures to the career guidance for the graduates of police school and improve working level of serving for the graduates employments.
