前牙轻度冠折断片再接修复15例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察前牙轻度冠折后断片再接修复的临床疗效。方法:对轻度冠折断片保留完整的15颗恒前牙冠折患者,运用粘结剂和流体树脂使自体断冠复位再接,分别在术后3,6,12个月时进行临床观察。结果:15颗牙齿均无断片松动或脱落,颜色正常,功能良好。结论:自体牙断片再接修复对于前牙轻度冠折是一种有效的方法。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of crownfractured anterior teeth which were restored by fragment reattachment.Methods：Fifteen crown-fractured anterior teeth were treated by fragment reattachment withadhesive and flowable composite resin.Clinical results were evaluated by the time 3,6 and 12 months after adhesion.Results：During the period of 3～12 months observation,all of the 15 teeth were observed intactly,color unchanging and functionally.Conclusion：Crown-fractured anterior teeth were restored by fragment reattachment,which was a optional method.
