广西省中学体育教师继续教育情况的调查与分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法等综合研究方法,对广西省中学体育教师继续教育现状进行研究,客观真实的展现广西省中学体育教师继续教育的成果并剖析继续教育过程中产生的问题及不足之处,深入分析问题所在,以促进广西省中学体育教师继续教育的发展,并为相关部门制定相关政策提供现实的分析依据与理论参考.This essay employs methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics and so on to make a study of the status of middle school teachers＇ Continuing Education in Guangxi Autonomous Region and reveal the progresses and problems in middle school teachers＇ continuous education.In addition,the essay emphasize on the problems trying to make some references for relative government departments when making policies and at last to promote middle school teachers＇ Continuing Education in Guangxi Autonomous Region.
