血小板、血浆纤维蛋白原及D-二聚体检测在恶性肿瘤中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨恶性肿瘤病人血小板、血浆纤维蛋白原及D-二聚体的变化及其临床意义。方法对恶性肿瘤组与健康对照组血小板(PLT)、血浆纤维蛋白原(Fib)、D-二聚体(D-D)测定结果进行对照。结果与健康对照组比较,恶性肿瘤组的PLT、血浆Fib和D-D三项指标均升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论PLT、血浆Fib和D-D的检测可作为恶性肿瘤辅助诊断和预后判断的相关指标。Objective To explore the changes in platelet （PLT）, plasma fibrinogen （Fib） and D-dimer （D-D） in patients with malignant tumor and the clinical significance. Methods A contrast study was made to the detection re- sults of PLT, Fib and D-D between the patients with malignant tumor and the controllers. Results The 3 indexes of PLT, Fib and D-D of the patients with malignant tumor went up higher than those of the controllers and the differ- ence was of statistical significance （P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The detection of PLT, Fib and D-D can provide certain related indexes for auxiliary diagnosis and prognosis judgment of malignant tumor.
