摘　　要：区域经济的飞速发展需要大量合格的高素质的会计人才,而重知识传授轻能力培养、重理论轻实践的高等会计教育模式已无法满足市场和社会的需求。文章以人才培养与区域经济的良性互动为根基,从专业建设、经济发展、职业能力培养几个方面阐述了创新会计人才培养模式的必要性,并提出了适用于会计人才培养的工学结合人才培养模式。With the rapid development of regional economic,the demand on high-quality talents of accounting is increasing sharply.The high education model of accounting who inevitably emphasizes teaching knowledge and ignore training,focuses on theory instead of practice,cannot meet demand.The article based on the positive interaction between talent training and regional economic,which set forth the necessity of innovating the cultivation mode of talents of accounting from specialty construction、economic development and professional ability,and puts forward work-ingenerated learning training pattern of accounting talents.
