离散型制造业生产组织问题分析及其优化

摘　　要：分析了离散型制造业生产实际问题,给出改进型的产品装配及下单模式。提出车间主计划制定流程,建立了加工订单在车间停留时间分解模型,并以实例验证其可行性及有效性,为制造业信息化实施提供理论支撑。This paper analyzes practical problems in the production of discrete manufacturing industries,and proposes an improved pattern for product assembly and production order assignment.The process of main production plan is presented and a decomposing model of production order stay time is built.Feasibility and effectiveness are verified with an instance.The paper provides theoretical support for implementation of information management for manufacturing industries.
