摘　　要：放射治疗是鼻咽癌的标准治疗方法,由于鼻咽癌发病部位隐蔽,生长快,恶性程度高,大多数患者确诊时已属局部晚期。远处转移及局部复发是治疗失败的主要原因,因此提高局控率、降低远处转移率及提高总体生存率的综合治疗模式成为当前研究的热点。放化综合治疗是目前局部晚期鼻咽癌治疗的主流方案。Radiotherapy is the standard treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma,whereas many patients are locally advanced when diagnosed because of the depth of lesion location,fast growth,high malignant degree and so on.Metastasis and local relapse are the main causes of treatment failure.The comprehensive treatment with the consideration on how to boost the local control,lower the metastasis and improve the overall survival rate has become the hotspot in the study.Currently radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy is the mainstream solution for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma
