企业家战略领导能力、战略决策机制与企业绩效关系的实证研究

摘　　要：笔者基于战略决策相关理论,以我国企业为研究对象,探索企业家战略领导能力对企业绩效的作用路径。实证研究结果表明,战略决策机制是提高企业绩效的重要因素;同时,企业家战略领导能力对企业战略决策机制优化具有显著正向影响作用,说明战略决策机制是企业家战略领导能力影响企业绩效的重要中介变量。This paper explores how entrepreneur strategic leadership influences enterprise performance by analzing China＇ s enterprises with the strategic decision making theory . The results show that strategic decision mechanism is an important factor when improving the enterprise performance. At the same time, entrepreneur strategic leadership has significantly positive effects on the strategic decision - making meehanism. The enterprise strategic decision mechanism is the intermediary variable when entrepreneur strategic leadership in- fluencing enterprise performance.
