摘  要:对罗平C3F等级烟叶的主要香气物质进行了研究。结果表明,中性香气物质南部烟区总量最高,超过北部和中部烟区及罗平县的平均值,北部烟区中性香气物质总量最少。3个烟区有机酸总量差异不大。北部烟区和南部烟区的多酚总量要高于中部烟区,北部烟区和南部烟区差别不大。经过对比,在所检测到的6类24种香气物质中,罗平C3F等级烟叶的多数香气物质含量明显高于云南和津巴布韦烟叶平均值。The main aroma substances of flue-cured tobacco leaves C3F in Luoping,Yunnan Province were studied.The results showed that total amount of neutral aroma substances was the highest in the south region,much higher than in the north and central regions,but the lowest in the north regions.The three tobacco growing regions had no much difference in the total amount of organic acid.The north and south regions had higher level of total polyphenol than the central region,especially the north,yet no much difference was observed between the north and the south.Totally 24 aroma substances which belonged to six types were determined,and aroma substance contents in C3F leaves in Luoping were much higher than the mean values in Yunnan and Zimbabwe.
