摘 要:采用不同种类增稠剂制备了乳胶漆,系统考察了乳胶漆的粘度随不同种类增稠剂用量的变化规律,并对其增稠机理进行了研究。实验结果表明:乳胶漆粘度随蒙脱石粉用量的增加而平缓增大;在相同用量下,乳胶漆粘度随纤维素用量的增加而增大的顺序由快到慢依次为:羟乙基纤维素(HEC)>羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)>甲基纤维素(MC);相同用量下,乳胶漆粘度随合成高分子类增稠剂用量的增加而增大的顺序由快到慢依次为:碱溶胀缔合型增稠剂(HASE)>缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂(HEUR)>丙烯酸碱溶胀型增稠剂(ASE);随pH值调节剂用量增加,以AMP-95作pH值调节剂的乳胶漆pH值呈直线上升趋势,用氨水作pH值调节剂时的pH值变化较平缓;分别以无机类、纤维素类和HEUR作增稠剂时配制出的乳胶漆粘度随pH值的增加基本保持不变,以碱溶胀型增稠剂配成的乳胶漆粘度随pH值的增加而增大,后趋于平缓。Emulsion paint was prepared by using different thickeners. The effects of amount of thickeners on the viscosity of emulsion paint and the mechanism of thickening were investigated. The experimental results showed that viscosity of emulsion paint increased slowly with increasing the montmorillonite powder dosage. The viscosity in- creased much more obviously with increasing the HEC dosage than that with HPMC, MC by using the same dosage, respectively. And the viscosity of emulsion paint with MC as the thickener increased less slowly than that with HPMC. The viscosity increased slowly with increasing the ASE dosage, and increased apparently with increasing the HASE dosage, while HEUR lied between the former two by using the same dosage. The pH value of emulsion paint increased fast with increasing the AMP-95 dosage than that with ammonia as the pH value regulator. The viscosity of emulsion paint kept the same with increased the pH value by adding inorganic thickener, cellulosic thickener or HEUR respectively, while increased with increased the pH value by adding alkali swell-able thickener and then kept the same.
