摘　　要：以社会为本位的规训式德育与以个人为本位的单子式德育,都在一定历史时期发挥了其应有的作用,但都具有自身无法克服的弊端。在呼唤民主自由和主体自觉的新时代,在人与社会和谐发展的新时代,高校需要建构与此相一致的德育——共生性德育。Society-based moral education of admonishment and individual-based moral education of monadism played some positive role in a certain historical period. But they have insuperable disadvantages. In the new age of democracy and freedom and human subjectivity, in the new＇ age of harmonious development of individual and society, the universities and colleges need to model the matched moral education--moral education of symbiosis.
